Collab

Yjs and Tiptap on the room Durable Object.

Collab is the same room WebSocket as chat (binary Yjs frames). Scaffold:

npx @fluxy-chat/create-fluxy-chat@latest my-doc --example tiptap-room

React: FluxyYjsProvider + useStorage from @fluxy-chat/sdk/yjs. See Storage.

The dashboard canvas can paint with Excalidraw in the browser. The document is still Yjs on the room. Excalidraw is not a second backend.

Do not add Liveblocks, PartyKit, or a second CRDT vendor.
