keystroke() / start() send typing started. The SDK throttles outbound starts (default 10s heartbeat). After 10s of silence it sends stop. stop() sends idle now.

typing.current() is a Set of user ids. currentlyTyping on the event is a snapshot Set. Do not persist it.

useChat().setTyping is the same wire event. useTyping() reads the bound room.
