Typing indicator

room.typing.keystroke() sends a typing frame. Call it on each keypress; the SDK throttles to 2s and stops after 10s of silence. stop() sends idle immediately.

useChat({ roomId }).setTyping is the same wire event.

Do not persist typing. Do not put pointer motion on client_event. Use sendCursor for that.
