Component locks

Use this when two people must not edit the same field. Not Yjs. One holder per lockId. TTL defaults to 30s; the same owner may refresh.

A second user receives held: true and acquired: false. Locks drop when the holder leaves the room.

useLocks() on FluxyRoomProvider wraps acquire/release and keeps the latest lock frame. useLock("slide-1") is the holder for one id.
