Shared AI room in 10 minutes

This is the gallery app for “people and agents in the same room.” It is not a Notion clone. Chat, a Yjs document, and invokeAgent share one Cloudflare Durable Object. You already have the template; this page is the 10-minute path.

1. Scaffold

Pin @fluxy-chat/sdk@0.6.16 (the template already does). Hosted beta: set VITE_FLUXYCHAT_WORKER_URL to https://api.fluxychat.com and a pk_ from the console. Self-host: deploy apps/worker from this repo, then point the Vite app at that origin.

2. Run two tabs

pnpm install
pnpm dev

Open the URL twice. Guest pk_ rooms do not mint a member JWT. Send a message in one tab; it should appear in the other. If you wired an agent, @assistant (or your handle) writes tool_call / tool_result on the same timeline.

3. What you are not building

• Not MQTT, not an SFU, not a 14-channel helpdesk.
• Bridges exist: you create the Slack/Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp/Teams app and paste the token. We do not sell a WhatsApp channel.
• Hosted is open beta, no SLA.
