After Twilio Conversations

Twilio Flex Programmable Chat shut down on 1 June 2026. FluxyChat is not a drop-in Conversations proxy and we are not building a billed Twilio channel this quarter.

What to do now

1. Export history from Twilio while you still can (their tools, not ours).
2. Shape JSON like the transcript import { title, messages: [{ role, content }] } form, or wait for a dedicated Twilio mapper after the room wedge is paying for itself.
3. Put new live chat on FluxyChat rooms (pk_ public or member JWT), not on a compatibility shim.

SMS/voice inbound into a room is a separate telco handoff (TELCO_INBOUND_*), not Conversations.
