Integration kit

FluxyChat is a room behind a Linear issue, GitHub PR, PagerDuty incident, or Zendesk ticket. This Worker path is the shared plumbing: one HMAC URL, one entity-to-room row, write intents. It is not a FluxyChat OAuth app on each vendor, and it is not a Marketplace listing.

Entity link

linear:issue:ENG-123, github:pr:org/repo#45, pagerduty:incident:Q1XYZ. One stable row per (project, provider, type, id) → roomId. Duplicate alerts with the same id reuse the same room if you linked that id.

Inbound webhook

POST /integrations/webhooks/:projectId/:provider

HMAC with the signing secret you stored on PUT /integrations/connections (encrypted with WEBHOOK_SECRET_ENCRYPTION_KEY, same key as outbound webhooks). GitHub uses X-Hub-Signature-256. Linear uses Linear-Signature. Unknown or unlinked entities are acknowledged and not fanned out.

Kill switch: POST /integrations/connections/:provider/kill.

Inbound text is untrusted and unicode-stripped. Slack / Zendesk / Intercom / HubSpot default no_train.

Writes

POST /integrations/write-intents then POST /integrations/write-intents/:id/approve.

GitHub / Linear / Jira execute only if dryRun is false and a write token exists. Self-host may use Worker env PATs. Hosted needs an encrypted per-project writeToken on the connection. Payload hash is stored; if the preview changes, approve returns payload_changed. Everyone else stays dry-run. Agents do not get a bypass.

GET /integrations/catalog — eleven keys, oauthApp: false, marketplace: false.

Integrations → Entity rooms panel. Admin JWT.

Not built yet

Linear agent-session OAuth, GitHub App required checks, Slack Marketplace, PagerDuty MCP writes, Zendesk Sunshine, Intercom Fin HITL, HubSpot custom channel, Notion External Agents, Jira Forge remote agents. Existing Bridges and HITL Slack stay where they are. Existing /incidents CRUD is separate from entity links.
