Customer data layer and segments

FluxyChat includes a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for profiles, events, and segments, plus a broadcast segmentation engine for targeted in-app campaigns.

Manage everything from the dashboard Customers page or the REST APIs below.

Customer profiles

Upsert a profile by external ID (your CRM user ID, auth subject, etc.):
