How-to Guides
Room tickets (GitHub, Linear, Jira)
POST a ticket from a room using tokens you put on the Worker. Not a marketplace install.
Room tickets
Turn a room outcome into an issue in a tracker you already pay for. You put the tokens on the Worker. There is no FluxyChat OAuth app for Linear or Jira.
Route
POST /rooms/:roomId/tickets
Authorization: Bearer <member jwt>
Content-Type: application/json
{
"provider": "github",
"title": "Follow up from room",
"body": "optional markdown",
"repo": "owner/name"
}provider is github, linear, or jira.
| Provider | Extra fields | Worker env |
|---|---|---|
| GitHub | repo (owner/name) | GITHUB_TOKEN |
| Linear | teamId | LINEAR_API_KEY |
| Jira | projectKey | JIRA_BASE_URL, JIRA_EMAIL, JIRA_API_TOKEN |
The Worker appends the room id to the body. GitHub and Linear call only api.github.com and api.linear.app. Jira JIRA_BASE_URL must be https://*.atlassian.net. Hosted multi-tenant refuses Worker-env PATs; put a per-project encrypted writeToken on PUT /integrations/connections. Self-host may still use env PATs.
Not this product
- Slack HITL taps stay on
/public/hitl/*. This route does not post to Slack channels. - Agent-drafted bodies are still plaintext to the LLM that wrote them.
- GitHub issues also exist as an AI Action (
github_issue) with a token in the action config. Room tickets use the Worker env token so operators do not paste a PAT into every action row.
