FluxyChat

Ecosystem & CLI

Contributing

How to contribute to FluxyChat — setup, PR expectations, and community norms.

FluxyChat is a monorepo (Worker + dashboard + SDK packages). Read the root CONTRIBUTING.md for the full guide.

Quick start

git clone <repo>
cd Chat
pnpm install
pnpm --filter @fluxy-chat/worker dev
pnpm --filter @fluxy-chat/dashboard dev

Verify: pnpm first-message against http://127.0.0.1:8787.

Good first issues

Look for GitHub labels:

  • good first issue — scoped tasks with pointers in the issue body
  • help wanted — design agreed, needs code

What we merge quickly

  • Bug fixes with tests
  • Docs corrections aligned with current Worker routes
  • SDK DX improvements (types, error messages, examples)
  • Dashboard operator workflows (compliance, bridges, inbox)

What we defer

  • Marketing copy and case studies (see roadmap Fase 4 marketing)
  • Stripe billing production wiring (requires Stripe Business)
  • Paid SOC 2 attestation (product controls are in /soc2)

Pull requests

Use the PR template checklist. Link a roadmap ID (MO-*, DX-*, MD-*) when applicable.

Code of conduct

Be respectful in issues and reviews. Security issues: report privately, not in public issues.
